7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 7 days. Replacements are valid for 30 days if the product is incorrect or damaged. Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after approval.
8. Digital Product Policy
Digital products (e.g., PDFs) are non-returnable. Refunds are only issued if the file is inaccessible or incorrect, and must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Limitation of Liability
InspirationBox is not liable for indirect damages from the use of the website or products. All services are provided ‘as-is’.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru courts.
