What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

How long do I have to return an order?
Align this with your Return & Replacement policy: “Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for standard returns and within 30 days in case of damage or incorrect products.

How can I return an item?

Can the shipping country be different from the country of purchase?
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it!
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, all refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Will I receive the same product as in the picture?
Yes! We ensure the product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to photography or screen differences.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be replaced within 30 days. Email our support with pictures/videos for approval. Upon approval, send the item to us and we’ll ship your replacement.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 20 days of delivery. Email us at support@inspirationbox.in with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and send a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference. Return shipping will be covered by us in such cases.
